The Lakes National Park, The Gippsland Lakes

following are some photos I took in the Lakes National Park near Loch Sport on the Gippsland Lakes.  These are photographs I took probably in the late 1980s or early 1990s

The First Post.

Welcome to my new blog.  This for personal stuff and things that interest me.

But first is of my new puppy, Maxie, who came to live with me last Friday.  He is about 12 weeks old and is full of mischief.  He is named after a family dog called Maxie who lived with my family in the 1950s and 1960s.
This Maxie the day after he arrived.
He was born on 10 January 2016
He is a mixture of Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Chihuahua.
The original Maxie with me in the late 1950s or early 1960s in our garden when we lived in Calabar, Nigeria
Here he is again after his move to Cornwall.  He hated sailing, but he put up with it to humour us!
